Amidon Contracting Solutions (formerly known as Amidon Builders & Developers) began in the eastern Wake County and southern Franklin County areas in January 2006 after owners, Clayton and Angela Amidon, built their personal home in Zebulon, NC. For the next two years, the company grew primarily through custom-built homes while gaining a reputation for quality service and reliability.
With a foothold in the residential market and a strategic location between the various military installations in North Carolina, the Amidons, both military veterans, expanded into government contracting in 2008, with an emphasis on range construction and military/law enforcement-focused training facilities. Amidon Contracting Solutions won its first government contract in 2009 and is proud to continue to serve the military and in this great country in this capacity.
